RETURN POLICY
Subject to the conditions set forth below, Pelle Pelle Inc will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fifteen (15) days of the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire.
All sales are final for event & pop-up shop sales.
Pelle Pelle Inc reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion.
Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings.
Pelle Pelle reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%. Customers shall also be responsible for shipping charges for the returned product. ALL SALE AND MARKED DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within fifteen (15) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ORDERS FOR BOXERS & SOCKS ARE FINAL SALE.

TO MAKE RETURNS
All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal.
We offer Free Returns and Package Protection as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee. If you purchased Checkout+, your return shipping label is covered — no additional cost to you.
If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and lost or stolen claims.
Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in any store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEE
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds. This fee applies regardless of whether or not you purchased Free Returns coverage. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and processed.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
If you'd prefer to exchange your item or receive store credit, please select that option when initiating your return through the portal.
