Pelle Pelle Redefines Luxury Sportswear With NBA x FISLL Collaboration Honoring Allan Houston

Heritage leather outerwear house Pelle Pelle enters a new chapter at the intersection of sport, fashion, and cultural legacy with an NBA-aligned collaboration developed with FISLL, releasing in honor of Allan Houston and his iconic No. 20 jersey.

Releasing tomorrow, the limited-edition drop consists of 20 jackets per colorway, each numbered and signed by Houston, transforming the garment into a collectible trophy piece. The number 20 serves as both a personal and symbolic anchor, representing Houston’s jersey number and a broader lineage tied to New York basketball.

While Pelle Pelle was founded in Detroit in 1978, the brand’s cultural ascension is inseparable from New York City. During the 1980s and 1990s, Pelle Pelle became a defining uniform of the city’s hip-hop and street style ecosystem, worn across boroughs and immortalized in music, nightlife, and sport. In that context, the New York Knicks emerged as the clear collaborator of choice, representing the city that helped transform Pelle Pelle from a leather brand into a cultural institution.

Available in three colorways, Royal / Orange / Black, Orange / Black / Royal plus Black each jacket is constructed from 100 percent genuine plush leather and finished with a satin lining featuring an outlined, direct-embroidered Pelle Pelle logo. Additional details include a leather collar, interior lining pockets, a custom Pelle Pelle branded front zipper, and heavy 2x2 rib cuffs and hem, balancing archival craftsmanship with contemporary sportswear precision.

The collaboration reflects Pelle Pelle’s evolving relationship with professional sport and the global reach of the NBA, positioning the jacket not only as merchandise, but as a statement object rooted in identity. The jackets have been seen on artists and athletes including Carmelo Anthony, Max B, and French Montana. While this visibility is familiar territory for the brand, it marks a notable expansion into the sports lane, reinforcing Pelle Pelle’s enduring relevance across generations and disciplines. This release signals more than nostalgia. It speaks to collectability, cultural authorship, and permanence.

The limited-edition jackets will be available beginning February 20. For sales updates and additional information, visit PellePelle.com and follow @PellePelle on Instagram.
