Some icons don’t represent NYC, they define it. One of the true Kings of New York, Jay-Z, just got the proof: Pelle Pelle created a single, one-of-one leather Yankees jacket, the “Extra Innings” Jacket, to mark his historic three-night sold-out run at Yankee Stadium.

The jacket reads like a resume: a studded “NEW YORK” chest graphic, a 30th-anniversary sleeve patch, details tracing Reasonable Doubt through The Blueprint. And it wasn’t just shipped to him, Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys delivered it in person, with a custom inscription inside the box marking a weekend that already belongs to New York history. Alicia has shown Pelle Pelle exactly this kind of love before, closing out the Knicks championship parade at City Hall in the black version of the Pelle Pelle x FISLL “For The City” jacket, then wearing the blue colorway days earlier at the Tribeca Festival closing night, so it was only right she showed up for Jay-Z too.
